How to Submit a Nanjing-Related Story
We welcome contributions from anyone with a Nanjing connection.
What we’re looking for
- Community stories — personal or family histories involving Nanjing.
- Event reports — write-ups of Nanjing-related gatherings, talks, and exhibits.
- Knowledge suggestions — people, places, or institutions we should cover.
- Sources — books, articles, archives, or websites worth citing.
- Corrections — every page here cites sources; if we got something wrong, tell us.
How to submit
Email us at nanjing@agentmail.to. Include:
- your story, source suggestion, or correction;
- any links, photos, or documents that support it;
- how you’d like to be credited (or that you prefer to stay anonymous).
A web submission form is planned; for now, email is the channel.
What happens next
Submissions enter our editorial inbox. An editor (sometimes assisted by AI tooling that drafts and organizes — never publishes) reviews each item, verifies facts against sources, and prepares it for the site. You’ll be credited as author unless you prefer otherwise, and community stories remain your copyright unless we agree on a different license.
